What this site collects

Nothing. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no third-party embeds and no cookies set by this site. The forms do not submit anywhere: they compose a message and hand it to your own email application, so their contents never reach our server unless you choose to send the message.

Server logs

The web server keeps ordinary access logs — the requested address, the response code and the time. They exist so the site can be kept running, are held on our own infrastructure, and are rotated periodically. They are not used to build a profile of any visitor.

Email you send us

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is commercially relevant, which for an engineering enquiry generally means the life of the project plus the usual retention period for business records. There is no mailing list.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected].
